Vision/Philosophy

Colin and Michelle want to create a company where there is joy and fun in embracing the work required for completing successful construction projects. We see an industry where there are opportunities for all stakeholders to succeed professionally and financially. We look to start with Consulting and Owner’s Rep to build equity. We will move into smaller construction projects and gradually grow in size and complexity until we are owning, developing, and building multi-family mixed-use projects. We seek to have relationships with people that we like, trust, and respect and will thoroughly enjoy seeing our success being shared with all of our industry partners.

Through Colin's 30+ years in the construction industry, he has lived our values of Collaboration, Honesty, and Respect. We believe that forming positive and caring relationships is at the forefront of everything we do. Being innate problem solvers, we love to work with teams to see their vision come alive. We work hard, but never lose sight of our responsibilities to our families and community.
