Colin and I worked together on a 228 unit apartment development and construction project, located in a city where neither of us officed, for a third-party ownership group comprised of two separate companies.

In several cases, Colin and I had to develop reporting and administrative protocols to satisfy the ownership's requirements. Colin was extremely professional in addressing the challenges created by the third-party business and ownership structure aspects of this project.
